Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sevorify is a platform for agencies to organize client media, generate AI-assisted social content, build short video reels, route content through approval, schedule it, and publish it to connected social accounts. Some capabilities depend on optional third-party connections you choose to enable (see Section 6).

2. Accounts

You need an account to use Sevorify. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by teammates you invite into your organization.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Sevorify offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Agency), each with its own usage limits, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing settings; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and no further charges will occur after that. PLACEHOLDER_REFUND_POLICY (for example: whether partial-period refunds are offered, or all sales are final for the current billing period, this needs to be decided and filled in before this page is relied on for real transactions).

We may change plan pricing or limits going forward; we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change affects your existing subscription.

4. Your Content

You and your clients retain ownership of the media, brand information, and content you upload to Sevorify ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the third-party providers listed in Section 6 when you use features that depend on them. We don't use Your Content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.

You're responsible for having the rights to any media you upload, and for your clients' consent to how their content and brand information are used within the Service, including through the Client Upload Portal feature if you use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sevorify to:

• upload content you don't have the rights to;
• violate any applicable law;
• attempt to access another organization's data;
• interfere with the Service's operation; or
• use the Service to generate content that violates the terms of the third-party platforms you publish to (e.g. Meta's platform policies).

6. Third-Party Services

Depending on which features you use, Sevorify integrates with third-party providers to deliver the Service, including: Supabase (database and file storage), Google Drive (media import, if connected), Meta/Instagram/Facebook (publishing, if connected), Anthropic (AI-generated captions), and Shotstack (video reel rendering), and Stripe (billing). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside our control.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, or if required by law. If your account is terminated, your subscription (if any) will be canceled and Your Content will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, on-brand, or suitable for publishing without review, you're responsible for reviewing content before it goes out under your or your clients' names. To the extent permitted by law, Sevorify isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account owners before it takes effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of PLACEHOLDER_GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION.
